Group Class Descriptions

Group classes are a great way to build a community here at B4 and promote accountability, boost motivation, and discover a variety of new types of exercise!

TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise)

Uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, and joint stability.

HIIT

Combination of brief, very-high intensity bursts of cardio exercise followed by lower intensity movement (interval workout class).

dance fitness

Interval workout class that moves between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.

Fit for Life

Light cardio and strength training for active seniors and individuals with limited mobility.

SEC (Strength Endurance Core)

Circuit type training to increase physical endurance and overall strength.

YOGA

Involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical wellness.


FEATURING:

SLOW FLOW: Strengthen and stretch with longer pose holds.  This 60-minute class is fun and playful with alignment cues and options for beginners and advanced practitioners.


STRONG FLOW:  Strengthen and stretch with more advanced poses and transitions.  This 45-minute class includes alignment cues and is more rigorous than Slow Flow.  This class is better suited for those who have some experience with yoga.

Step

You step up, around, and down from the step platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing and strengthen your muscles.

kickboxing

 Cardio Kickboxing is a non-contact aerobic conditioning activity - combining punches, kicks, traditional aerobic skills and fitness activities. 

Mind/Body Sync

Barre inspired movements combined with coordinated strength building.

Sculpt

Combination of low impact cardio and strength training; uses step bench, resistance bands, and light dumbbells to tone and strengthen your lower body, abdominal muscles, arms, and shoulders.

Barre

Combines low-impact exercises like stretching with faster-paced physical activity to create a variety of aerobic conditioning sessions.

mat pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also toning arms and legs.
